Ordering and Payment

How do I place an order?
Select an item and then choose the desired size (if the product is available in different sizes). Use the + and – signs to select the quantity. The products will then appear in the shopping cart. When you’re done shopping, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen for an overview of your order. You can make changes if needed or proceed to checkout.
The benefits of an account
It’s possible to create a personal account at Ventribio. There are several advantages to this, such as viewing previous orders. Your address and personal information will also be stored in your account, allowing for faster checkout.
What payment options are available?
You can pay using Bancontact, iDeal, PayPal, ApplePay or with a credit card from Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. All displayed prices include VAT. VAT will be specified at checkout.
Delivery and Returns
Shipments
We ship on weekdays. Orders placed on those days before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Our shipping company will send you a track and trace code on our behalf, so you can track your shipment.
Shipping outside Belgium
If you’re ordering from outside Belgium, we can easily ship your order within Europe. Our shipping company will send you a track and trace code on our behalf, so you can track your shipment.
Delivery times Belgium and The Netherlands
Your order will arrive at your address between 2-5 workdays once shipped from our warehouse.
Delivery times in other European countries
Your order will arrive at your address between 3-7 workdays once shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping costs
We have fixed prices per country. During check-out you will see the price we charge for shipping.
What can you return?
• Unopened and unused orders can be returned within 14 days without providing a reason.

How can I return something?
When returning your order, you have the right to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically receives the product. You can notify us of your return via info@ventribio.be. Please include your customer number and invoice number. Afterward, you will receive a return label from us via email.
After informing us, you must return the items as soon as possible, but no later than thirty days after notifying us.
We ask you to return the items in the original packaging and in the original box or a similar box.
You are only liable for the depreciation of the products that results from the use of the products beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
Refund
If you have paid with iDeal, Bancontact, credit card, ApplePay or PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days at the latest. The 14-day period starts when you receive the notice of withdrawal.
